Shipping Areas

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

• Fastest delivery: California, Maryland, and neighboring states (1–3 business days)
• Standard delivery: the rest of the continental U.S. (3–7 business days)
• Alaska & Hawaii: available on request — contact us for a custom freight quote

We deliver to both commercial addresses and warehouses and residential addresses (see liftgate details below).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Here’s what happens after you order:

1. Your pallets are pulled, inspected, and prepared at the warehouse
2. We book your freight carrier and confirm the delivery appointment if needed
3. You receive a dispatch notification with tracking details

Shipping Methods

Pallets are heavy freight, not parcels. We ship via trusted LTL and full-truckload carriers:

• LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload) — for single pallets and small multi-pallet orders
• Full Truckload (FTL) — dedicated trailer for orders of 24–26 pallets
• Warehouse pickup — free at our California or Maryland locations by appointment

Shipping Costs

Freight cost depends on four factors:

1. Distance from the nearest warehouse (CA or MD)
2. Number of pallets (per-pallet rates drop on multi-pallet orders)
3. Delivery type — commercial with dock/forklift is cheapest
4. Extras — residential delivery and liftgate service add a flat fee each

Standard U.S. freight starts at $200 flat per pallet on single-pallet orders. Exact freight is always confirmed in writing before you pay — either at checkout or in your quote. Use the estimator above or request a quote for multi-pallet and truckload pricing.

Delivery Requirements

To keep your delivery smooth and fee-free:

• ✅ Provide a valid, complete delivery address with a working phone number
• ✅ Ensure access for a 53-foot freight truck (or tell us in advance if access is limited)
• ✅ Liftgate service is required if you don’t have a loading dock or forklift — select it at checkout or mention it in your quote request
• ✅ Someone 18+ must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

• The carrier name and PRO/tracking number by email
• Delivery appointment scheduling from the carrier (for residential deliveries)
• Direct support from our team for any status questions — just reply to your dispatch email

Damaged or Missing Items

Freight damage is rare, but if it happens, here’s exactly what to do:

1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing — this is critical for the claim
2. Take clear photos of the pallet, packaging, and damaged items immediately
3. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@palletwholesaleusa.com with your order number and photos

We investigate every claim and resolve it promptly per our Refund and Returns Policy. Items verified as damaged in transit are replaced, credited, or refunded.

Failed Delivery & Redelivery

Redelivery fees from the carrier apply if a delivery fails due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
• No one available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time
• Truck-inaccessible location that wasn’t disclosed in advance

To avoid fees, double-check your address and delivery details before confirming your order.

Bulk & Truckload Shipping

For truckload liquidation orders and large wholesale purchases:

• Custom freight arrangements and dedicated trailers
• Volume freight rates (significantly lower per pallet)
• Multi-warehouse coordination for the fastest route
